Deanna & Ken | Punta-Paradise History

Established in 2024, we purchased a new construction home to share with travelers all year long! Living full time in NYC, Deanna and Ken fell in love with Punta Gorda from the first time we visited in May of 2023. Its small town charm, AMAZING sunsets, and fantastic restaurants were just a few of the reasons we chose to purchase here. Our family does live now in Port Charlotte and Venice FL, just a quick drive up Route 41. We hope you enjoy our Punta-Paradise when you book with us. 


We are new to the world of short term renting so any feedback would be much appreciated. If we can do anything to make your stay more enjoyable please let us know!

      This is a premiere community in SWFL that has a 30 day minimum rental duration per the HOA. This is to keep the party people out, and to be mindful of the year round residents that live here. I will say though, the pool Tiki Bar is jamming most nights at 5pm, sometimes even live music! Cornhole tournaments every Tuesday night too. 

      There is a 24-hour gated security here at Heritage Landing. We will add your names to the guest list for the duration of your stay. If you have friends coming to visit, we can add them as well. 

      Check-in time is at 3:00 PM and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. We offer a smart code for entry that will be provided day of check in. 

      We prefer RSW Fort Meyers, but SRQ Sarasota is about the same distance to the north. Sarasota airport is just much busier as its right near the UTC Mall & downtown so traffic is heavier. Punta Gorda PGD does have an airport, but only offers limited flights via Spirit Airlines

      Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi and a high-speed mesh network based internet as well as a smart TV to stream any subscriptions you may have. And yes, the Wi-Fi works on the lanai overlooking the water

      We provide you with a member access card to access the pool, gym, clubhouse restaurant and amenity center. There is a dress code at the restaurant that will be shared in a FAQ packet before check in. 

      Our property does not have deeded golf rights so no, golf is not included in this rental at Heritage Landing. However there are dozens of courses all around us in SWFL

      LOTS! We are about a hour from Naples and a hour from Sarasota. Downtown PG has plenty to offer year round including Fishermans Village, many restaurants, shopping and even a Starbucks. Right across the bridge is the new SunSeeker Resort as well. If the beach is what you are looking for, look no further than Siesta Key which has been consistently ranked as the nicest beach in the world! 

      CARMELLOS! Book this in advance, weeks ahead. Some other favorites are The Lashey Crab House, Leroy's Southern Kitchen, Donatoe's in Port Charlotte, and Lighthouse Grill & Tiki-Bar in Englewood. Again, a comprehensive list will be provided in the welcome packet.
